"Last night I experimented one of the most fantastic experiences I have ever had watching a funk band play live. And with that feeling still fresh in my memory, I went down to my favourite record store this morning and I found it. Rummaging through a box of vinyl, there it was, waiting for me. A white, minimalist cover with the band’s logo, and in the back a photo of the band. It has been released by Unique, a German label, although the band resides in Madrid. They sound like a cannon blast, and the magic of the live performance came back to me, this time from a piece of vinyl.

Carlo Coupé has been in charge of production, and Mayka’s voice has the same passion and soul as the great divas of the genre. The band is a perfect unit, ready to demonstrate that the best way to achieve that raw funk sound is by having a clear head and a heart full of fire. They defend the analog process, powered by an immense love for what they do best, transmitting full-contact sensations, and above all with songs that are pure gems. Funk fans around the world are fortunate that these people have gotten together to do what they do."
